Chyba coś znalazłem. Sterownik, widzę że całkiem nowy. Możesz pobrać i zainstalować, spróbować nie zaszkodzi. Sterownik jest na Windowsa 7, 8 i 8.1 (wszystkie 32bit), więc nie powinno być problemu.

Zobacz czy 1.6.4 ci odpala, jeśli tak, musisz pościągać te sterowniki.
Jak nawet 1.6.4 nie działa to
- za stara karta graficzna (nie znam się na Radeonach!)
- za stara wersja Javy
- kliknij prawym na launcher > właściwości > zakładka zgodność > uruchom w 256 kolorach

Poczytałem trochę i to udźwignie nawet OpenGL 4!!!
Więc głupiego minecrafta na 100% da się odpalić.
DirectX 11 też obsługuje, mój to ledwo 9 ciągnie, a minecraft działa, więc karta na pewno nie jest zła :F
A tu znalazłem link do czegoś co automatycznie pościąga sterowniki do karty, bo karta jest dobra tylko coś ci crashuje i potrzebne są ci nowe sterowniki.

Wejdź na tą stronę, przetłumacz ją sobie na język polski (wklej link do translate.google.pl) i przeczytaj o co chodzi z tym problemem. To chyba jest jakiś błąd instalacji tego programu, możliwe, że potrzebuje jeszcze jakiegoś innego pliku do prawidłowego działania.

Przetłumacz sobie to:
If the software was obtained from the Internet
Clear your browser's cache.
